Violation of a provision of this Chapter 10 constitutes a violation. Every day in which a violation is caused or permitted to exist constitutes a separate violation.

Any building or structure erected or constructed in violation of the provisions of this chapter, whether or not done pursuant to a permit, is declared a public nuisance and may be abated as provided in Sections 5.520 - 5.535 of the Medford Code.

The city may enjoin any violation of the provisions of this chapter through a civil suit.
