This section sets forth criteria to be used in determining the location of any zoning district boundary as shown on the Zoning Map. Zoning district boundaries, as shown on the City of Medford Zoning Map, shall be construed to follow:

(1) City limit lines;

(2) Platted lot-lines or other property lines as shown on the Jackson County Assessor's Plat Maps;

(3) The centerline of street, railroad, or irrigation district rights-of-way.

(4) The centerline of streams or other water courses, as measured at mean low water, and, in the event of a natural change in location of the centerline of such water course, the zoning district boundary shall be construed as moving with the channel centerline.
