This urban residential district is representative of historical low density, large lot single-family development as well as all middle housing types. New SFR-4 zoning should be located in areas where slopes exceed five percent, but are less than 15 percent, to prevent excessive grading.

In SFR-4, the maximum number of dwelling units (DU) permitted per gross acre, or fraction thereof, shall fall within the following range:

Minimum and Maximum Density Factor (df) . . . . . . . . 2.5 to 4.0 DU/gross acre
