No person shall use, occupy, rent or offer for rent, any mobile home, trailer coach, travel trailer, recreational vehicle, or other similar movable structure or vehicle within the City at any location other than a mobile home park, a manufactured dwelling park, or a recreational vehicle park as defined in this code. Mobile home parks, manufactured dwelling parks, or recreational vehicle parks are permitted in designated zoning districts as outlined in the permitted use tables in Sections 10.314 and 10.337.
