11.102 Connection Approval Required.

No industrial waste connection shall be made to the sanitary sewer system without prior approval of the WRD Manager. All conditions allowing industrial waste discharge to the sewer system defined in any industrial waste discharge permit shall be satisfied prior to commencing discharge.
