Any requirement contained in this section may be incorporated as part of a control mechanism and made a condition of issuance of such mechanism; may be required as part of a modification; or made a condition of the acceptance of the waste from a facility. Progress reports and compliance schedules shall be provided in accordance with the requirements established in this chapter.
