3.055 Revocation of Permit; Appeal.

(1) The city engineer may revoke a permit for noncompliance with the provisions of the permit or if an error or mistake is made in the issuance of the permit.
(2) If the city engineer refuses to issue a permit or revokes a permit, the applicant may appeal to the council as provided in section 1.025.
