3.335 Revocation of Permit.
This section is included in your selections.
A permit for construction and maintenance of a driveway may be revoked by the council if:
(1) The driveway is not maintained in a safe condition; or
(2) The council finds the maintenance of the driveway is an unreasonable hazard to the public safety or detrimental to the public welfare; or
(3) The driveway is constructed contrary to the provisions of sections 3.340 to 3.345.
