The systems development charges for one ERU shall be the basis for calculating charges for all types of buildings according to the following table (this schedule is, and shall remain, identical to the rate schedule adopted by the Regional Rate Committee for the Sewage Treatment SDC, except for the extra strength factor applied to Wet Industrial users.):

Additional Loading or Change of Use

Determined on basis of new use for entire facility less credit for former use. No refunds if new use is less than former use.

Rates shall be adjusted July 1 each year thereafter by the January to January Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index (ENR-CCI), beginning July 1, 2017.
