All fees collected by the City and such other moneys as might be available to the City for the purposes of this ordinance shall be paid into the City's Street Utility Fund and shall be used only for the maintenance, administration, and operation of pedestrian-scale street lights, and for no other purpose. It shall not be necessary that the operations and maintenance expenditures from the Fund specifically relate to any particular property from which the fees for said purposes were collected.
