5.260 Defacing Streets or Sidewalks.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) No person shall mark, deface, or paint an alley, street, sidewalk, bicycle path, or any part of the public right-of-way except as permitted by the Public Works Director or designee.
(2) Violation of this section constitutes a violation.
