(1) It is unlawful for any person while in a city park to use a golf club to hit a ball, other than a perforated plastic practice golf ball, so as to cause it to fly through the air or roll on the ground, except in an area specifically designated by the city for golf.

(2) Violation of this section constitutes a violation.
