5.611 Bounce Houses and Trampolines in City Park.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) It is unlawful for any person while in a City park to set up, deploy, or utilize a bounce house or trampoline or similar device.
(2) Subsection (1) of this section shall not apply to a device specifically authorized by the City through a special event permit, with insurance that specifically covers such devices. The City has authority to deny any such special event permit requests at its sole discretion for any lawful reason.
(3) Violation of this section constitutes a violation.
