5.633 Prohibition Against Providing or Selling Psilocybin to Person Visibly Intoxicated.

(1) A person may not knowingly or recklessly sell, give or otherwise make available a psilocybin product to a person who is visibly intoxicated.
(2) Violation of this section constitutes a crime punishable as provided in Section 5.990(3).
