5.652 Offensive Marijuana Odor.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) No marijuana cultivator shall cause or allow an offensive odor of marijuana to emanate from a dwelling to any other property.
(2) Violation of this section constitutes a violation. Every day in which the violation exists constitutes a separate violation.
