A Downtown Parking District is created for the establishment and maintenance of off-street motor vehicle parking facilities for public use The boundaries of the Downtown Parking District shall be identical to, and coterminous with, the boundaries of the Central Business District overlay as shown on the official zoning map of the City of Medford, including all future amendments to those boundaries.
