In addition to the enforcement procedures provided in Section 6.635 of this Ordinance, it shall be within the power and discretion of the City Manager to suspend or revoke the permit for continued or repeated violation of any provision of this Ordinance or any directive issued pursuant to this Ordinance. Suspension or revocation shall be mandatory for any conviction of a violation of Section 6.627 of this Ordinance. Notice of revocation shall be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested. If the offending newsrack is not removed within five days after the notice is mailed, it shall be considered abandoned and may be removed immediately by the City and treated as unclaimed property.
