The city council hereby declares that if any section, paragraph, sentence, or word of this ordinance or of the code hereby adopted be declared for any reason to be invalid, it is the intent of the city council that it would have passed all other portions of sections 7.010 to 7.920, inclusive, independent of the elimination herefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
