This urban residential district provides for higher density townhouses and multiple-family dwellings, including duplexes and apartments, and group quarters. It is suitable and desirable for locations near neighborhood activity centers or mass transit.

In MFR-20, the maximum number of dwelling units (DU) permitted per gross acre, or fraction thereof, shall fall within the following range:

Minimum and Maximum Density Factor (df) . . . . . . 15.0 to 20.0 DU/gross acre
