The city manager shall designate a subordinate to keep a record and index of all deeds covering cemetery lots and crypts which have been or may hereafter be issued, which index shall be designated as the "Cemetery Deed Records"; and a plat of the Eastwood Cemetery and mausoleum showing the division of the cemetery and mausoleum into numbered spaces. The city manager is further directed to maintain, as far as practicable, a record of the names and addresses of the current owners of the various plots.
