2.410 Bond Contract Requirements.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) The bond required under section 2.405 shall be in favor of the city and conditioned upon:
(a) The faithful performance of duties of the recorder; and
(b) The safekeeping and prompt delivery of all money or other property of the city, as required by the council.
(2) There shall be a corporate surety for the bond which shall be approved by the council.
