The manager may appoint a deputy recorder. The deputy recorder shall, in the name of the recorder, have authority to draw warrants upon the treasury, execute and sign deeds and other instruments, and do all acts required or authorized to be done by the recorder by law. The appointment of a deputy recorder under this section shall be considered terminated upon the revocation of the appointment by the manager.
