The City Manager is hereby delegated authority to execute grant agreements with agencies which provide grant funds to the City so long as the total amount of any non-reimbursable costs which the grant agreement would obligate the City to incur does not exceed the sum of $50,000 and the funds to cover those non-reimbursable costs have been budgeted.
