3.719 Improvement Plan.
This section is included in your selections.
Before imposing an improvement fee, the council shall adopt a plan that:
(1) Lists the capital improvements that may be funded with improvement fee revenues; and
(2) Lists the estimated cost and time of construction of each improvement.
The plan may be modified at any time.
