Conducting business or businesses at two or more locations shall be deemed to be separate businesses and each shall be subject to the business license fee. A person engaged in renting or leasing real estate is not required to have more than one license, unless he has more than one business office in the City. If two or more businesses are carried on in the same premises by the same or different owners, each must be separately licensed.
