8.5000 Definitions.
This section is included in your selections.
For purposes of Sections 8.5000 through 8.5005, the following terms are used as follows:
“Client” means an individual ingesting psilocybin at a service center.
“Service center” means a psilocybin service center as provided for in Measure 109.
“Sober adult” means an individual at least 18 years of age who has not undergone any psilocybin treatment for at least 24 hours and does not appear to be under the influence of any other intoxicant.
