9.288 Penalty for Failure to Comply.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) A penalty as established in the most recent fee schedule approved by resolution of the City Council shall apply to:
(a) Any person who removes a unit from the affordability exemption provided in Section 9.284(1)(d) and (1)(k). The person shall pay a five percent penalty for each unit that is no longer exempt.
(b) Any person who fails to state the full value of the improvement.
(2) The penalty shall be due on the entire amount that the City Manager or authorized designee determines has not been paid. The penalty shall be assessed to the 25th day of the month following the due date.
