(1) The Oregon Manufactured Dwelling Installation Specialty Code, current edition, as modified and adopted by the Director of the State Department of Consumer and Business Services, is hereby adopted and incorporated as an ordinance of the City of Medford to be administered and enforced along with such further amendments as are contained herein, such code to be referred to as the Manufactured Dwelling Code. At least one copy of said code is on file in the City of Medford Building Safety Department.

(2) The Oregon Manufactured Dwelling and Park Specialty Code, current edition, as modified and adopted by the Director of the State Department of Consumer and Business Services, is hereby adopted and incorporated as an ordinance of the City of Medford to be administered and enforced along with such further amendments as are contained herein, such code to be referred to as the Manufactured Dwelling and Park Code. At least one copy of said code is on file in the City of Medford Building Safety Department.

(3) Wherever used in the regulations herein incorporated, the terms “administrator” or “department” shall refer to the Building Safety Director of the City of Medford or his authorized designee.
