Each zoning district represents a land use category which has common location, development, and use characteristics. Minor (Type III) zone changes shall be based upon the criteria in Section 10.204. Major (Type IV) zone changes shall be based on the criteria in Section 10.220. The following sections specify the purpose of each zoning district, and the use and intensity standards applicable to land within each district.
