10.310-1 SFR-6 and SFR-10, Single-Family Residential – Six or 10 Dwelling Units Per Gross Acre.
These two urban residential districts provide for standard and higher density single-family detached dwellings, duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, townhouses, cottage clusters, and mobile home parks.
In SFR-6, the maximum number of dwelling units (DU) permitted per gross acre, or fraction thereof, shall fall within the following range:
Minimum and Maximum Density Factor (df) . . . . . . 4.0 to 6.0 DU/gross acre
For duplexes, the minimum and maximum density factor . . . . . . . . 4.0 to 9.0 DU/gross acre
In SFR-10, the maximum number of dwelling units (DU) permitted per gross acre, or fraction thereof, shall fall within the following range:
Minimum and Maximum Density Factor (df) . . . . . . 6.0 to 10.0 DU/gross acre
For duplexes, the minimum and maximum density factor . . . . . . . . 6.0 to 15.0 DU/gross acre
