10.716A Triplex, Quadplex, Townhouse and Multiple-Family Dwelling Design Standards and Special Development Standards, Applicability.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) The requirements of Section 10.716B shall apply to attached triplexes, quadplexes, and townhouses.
(2) The requirements of Sections 10.717 through 10.719 shall apply to all multiple-family dwellings consisting of five or more attached dwelling units as per Section 10.710.
(3) Unless otherwise specified, any applicant that affirmatively elects to deviate from these requirements shall be subject to the subjective standards provided for in Section 10.719.
