The manager shall prepare an agenda of the business to be presented at a regular council meeting.

Agenda items should be submitted at the time determined by the city manager per Administrative Regulation. The agenda shall be prepared in accordance with section 2.050. Councilmembers and the mayor shall endeavor to have subjects they wish considered submitted in time to be placed on the agenda.
