2.060 Committee Reports.
This section is included in your selections.
All committees shall report in writing on the subject or matter referred to them. A committee report shall:
(1) Contain the names of the persons who have appeared before or been consulted by the committee on the matter contained in the report;
(2) Contain the recommendations of the committee;
(3) Contain the recorded vote of the committee members on any recommendation; and
(4) Be signed by a majority of the committee.
