(1) Bids shall be typed or prepared in ink and shall be signed in ink or electronically by the bidder or an authorized representative of the bidder. The City shall not accept facsimile bids.

(2) Alterations or erasures, if any, shall be initialed in ink by the person signing the bid.

(3) Bids shall contain a fully executed bid package, including a certification that all the bid documents furnished to bidders by the City have been read, and shall also contain other required documents and descriptive literature.
