3.045 Application for Permit.
This section is included in your selections.
Application shall be made to the City Engineer and shall contain:
(1) The name of the applicant;
(2) The person doing the work;
(3) The time when the work will be completed;
(4) The location, specific nature, and material be used in the work; and
(5) A traffic control plan.
